Tuition and Fees

Every Child Oaks (ECO) operates Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (closed early for staff planning)

Admission Process

Applications may be submitted no sooner than 6 months prior to a child’s second birthday (i.e., 18 months old).

We enroll students ages 24 months to 6 years of age in a single multi-age classroom with up to 14 children.

  1. Contact us to schedule a playdate

  2. Attend playdate (parent and child together)

  3. Complete application form (one application per child)

  4. Submit application fee via check ($75.00 per child)

Application Fee: $75.00 (non-refundable, due at the time of application)
 

Annual Registration Fee: $150.00
 

• Payable at the time of enrollment or upon annual re-enrollment (between late September and the end of June)
• Payment options: Brightwheel, cash, or check
• Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable

🧾 Deposit & Supplies

• Deposit: One month’s tuition, due at the time of enrollment
   

Supplies Fee: $80, charged twice a year—in January and August—to help cover the cost of classroom materials
