Tuition and Fees
Every Child Oaks operates Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Friday closes early for staff planning.

Extended Care
$15 per half hour for extended care beyond regular program hours.
Tuition Assistance
Families with more than one enrolled child receive a 10% sibling discount.
Tuition support may be available through Catalyst Community. El Dorado County residents should apply directly with Catalyst Community.
Application and Registration
Application fee: $75 per child, non-refundable and due at the time of application.
Annual registration fee: $150, payable at enrollment or annual re-enrollment between late September and the end of June.
Payment options include Brightwheel, cash, or check. Registration fees are non-refundable.
Joining Every Child Oaks
Admission Process
Applications may be submitted prior to a child’s birth. We enroll students from birth through 6 years of age in a single multi-age classroom with up to 14 children.
- Contact us to schedule a playdate.
- Attend the playdate. A parent and child attend together.
- Complete the application form. Submit one application for each child.
- Submit the $75 application fee. Payment should be made by check.

Preparing for Your Child’s Start
Enrollment Deposit
A deposit equal to one month’s tuition is due at the time of enrollment.
Supplies Fee
An $80 supplies fee is charged twice each year—in January and August—to help cover the cost of classroom materials.
Transportation
Every Child Oaks is committed to ensuring that every child has access to safe and reliable transportation tailored to their individual needs.
Individualized transportation plans are available upon request and can accommodate specific schedules, accessibility requirements, and personal circumstances. Our goal is to provide seamless, stress-free transportation that supports every child’s well-being and success.
